Casper Youth Hub is a nonprofit dedicated to giving Natrona County teens a true “third space”. Somewhere outside of home and school to explore, create, and grow. We offer hands-on programming in technology, digital arts, maker skills, entrepreneurship, and more, all designed and shaped with youth voice at the center. Whether you're looking to learn new skills, find mentorship, or simply belong somewhere, Casper Youth Hub is building a community where every young person in Casper can thrive.

What We're Building at Atrium Plaza
Casper Youth Hub is growing inside Atrium Plaza at 201 East 2nd Street, Unit B11. The Hub is being built as a youth-centered place for connection, creativity, skill-building, and support.
CYH offers youth a comfortable, cozy lounge fit with a pool & foosball table, couches, flat screen TVs, and board games.
CYH also has a gaming room for youth. Equipped with PlayStations, Xboxes and gaming PCs for youth to enjoy games at leisure.
CYH's art room has a variety of options for youth, including embroidery, sewing, and screen printing for youth to passively explore art.
CYH's maker space gives youth hands-on access to 3D printing, laser engraving, CNC, soldering, and robotics to explore making and building at their own pace.
CYH's kitchen offers food for youth, equipped with an air fryer, toaster oven, and deep freezer — the CYH kitchen fulfills all of Casper youth's hunger needs.
CYH's production studio gives youth a space to explore video, audio, podcasting, and content creation — telling their stories with real equipment in a real studio.
Every room is designed around the Neutral Space Charter, with trauma-informed practice, sensory support, and space to decompress.

Youth Participatory Action Research Fellowship
CYH's YPAR fellows are the youth who built this space — a select paid fellowship where young people researched what their peers needed and designed the Hub's programs from the ground up.
Maker Space and Hands-On Skills
CYH's maker space gives youth hands-on access to 3D printing, robotics, hardware, and repair projects — building real skills through real work.
Art, Design, and Creative Projects
CYH's art program gives youth a variety of ways to express themselves, including digital design, sewing, embroidery, and mixed media — no experience needed.
Gaming and Strategy
CYH's gaming program offers youth a low-pressure way to connect through tournaments, chess, team games, and strategy — building community one match at a time.
Kitchen and Food Programs
CYH's kitchen program gives youth access to food, cooking experience, and shared meals — building community and practical life skills around the table.
Media and Storytelling
CYH's media program gives youth the tools to tell their own stories through video, audio, podcasting, and content creation — with real equipment in a real studio.
Mentorship and Life Skills
CYH connects youth with trusted adult mentors who weave practical life skills and everyday mental health strategies into every activity — not as a class, but as a way of being.

Our YPAR Team
Youth Participatory Action Research Fellowship (YPAR) puts young people in charge of building the Hub — not as volunteers, but as paid fellows.
Fellows work alongside Executive Director Seth Hollier and Programs & ADA Director Turner Logan to research what Casper youth actually need, then design and pilot the programs that fill those gaps. Every program at the Hub exists because a young person identified it, studied it, and made the case for it.
Fellows earn a stipend, build real professional skills, and walk away with a portfolio of work that changed something in their community.

These are the YPAR fellows who researched, designed, and built Casper Youth Hub from the ground up — youth who turned their own experiences into something real for their community.
Demitri Burns
Demitri is a student at Kelly Walsh High School. At Casper Youth Hub, he's put his technical skills to work directly — building the Hub's survey system, designing parent-facing outreach materials, and helping visualize the future Atrium Plaza space. Outside the Hub he runs his own freelance web development and lawn care business and DJs under the name BRÜZJAW.

Seth Hollier
Executive Director
Seth Hollier founded the Casper Youth Hub with a simple conviction: every teen deserves somewhere safe to go, something meaningful to do, and someone who's glad they showed up. What started as an idea in 2025 has grown into Wyoming's first comprehensive youth third space. A place where young people build real skills, find mentorship, and develop practical mental health strategies through maker culture, creative arts, and entrepreneurship. His approach is rooted in a core belief: listen to youth instead of assuming you know what they need. Every program at the Hub is co-designed with young people, and mental health support is woven into everything — not as a separate curriculum, but embedded into the work itself.

Turner Logan
Project Director / ADA Coordinator
Turner Logan leads programming and accessibility at the Casper Youth Hub. As Programs Director, he co-coordinates the Youth Participatory Action Research (YPAR) fellowship — a paid program where young people research, design, and pilot the very programs the Hub offers. He works directly with youth fellows, supporting research, facilitating meetings, and keeping families connected to the process. As ADA Coordinator, Turner ensures that the Hub is genuinely accessible to every young person who walks through the door. He oversees accommodations for disabilities, cultural and religious practices, language access, learning differences, and trauma-related needs — making sure that 'welcoming to all' is a practice, not just a slogan.
Ashley Wright
Creative Director
Ashley is currently pursuing her degree in Marketing at Casper College with a goal of being a Grant Writer. She provides valuable insight on promotion of programs and the organization to the public and while she wears many hats right now she excels at all of them. Ashley sees the importance of what we are building because of the childhood she experienced growing up.
Ari Burback
Program Director / Youth Mentor
Arianne (Ari) Burback is a Wyoming-based entrepreneur, fashion designer, seamstress, and DJ who uses creativity to inspire the next generation. Her fashion work turns materials into one-of-a-kind designs celebrating innovation, sustainability, and self-expression, while DJing has connected her with diverse audiences through music and live events. A lifelong Wyoming resident, Ari mentors young people in Casper, helping them build confidence and pursue their goals through the Casper Youth Hub, driven by her belief that every young person deserves the chance to create, belong, and succeed.
All director level leadership has agreed to take the position without pay as volunteers for the first 3 years to ensure the organization's success because all believe what we are doing will impact the community in positive ways.
